The warranty period will automatically expire, even if the product has not been fully utilized or installed within the warranty period.
Any defects or damage caused during transportation or improper storage conditions, or that occur during shipment, are not the responsibility of Amplified Gaming Store.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage if the product’s original information or seal has been removed or altered after the initial purchase.
The warranty does not apply in cases of “dob” (dead or burnt).
Power adapters, installed software, cables, batteries, and all additional accessories/consumables included with the product or components are not covered under warranty.
We will not honor warranty claims for any display screen (LCD/LED, laptop LCD/LED) that shows a dot or spot.
Amplified Gaming Store reserves the right to deny warranty claims if there are outstanding payments or if payment terms have been exceeded.
Note: Local Warranty means you won’t need to pay anything to claim a warranty. We’ll send the faulty component to the vendor to process the warranty claim. Since most vendors are located outside of Pakistan, it may take up to 1-3 months to claim the warranty, and any delays caused by the vendor or shipping are not the responsibility of Amplified Gaming Store.
